CALA Sahl Hasheesh by Capital Link Developments is a residential resort project on Egypt’s Red Sea coast. Its concept combines contemporary homes, landscaped pedestrian areas, swimming pools and a sandy lagoon, with a clubhouse and places to relax and socialise.
The developer’s September 2024 presentation describes a site of approximately 93,000 m² near the Sahl Hasheesh promenade and within walking distance of the beach. The project is designed for coastal living, holidays and longer stays.
Homes and finishing
The project includes studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, with layouts varying by building and floor. Garden-level homes and penthouses also appear in the development concept. Please see the individual listings below for each unit’s exact area, floor, view and price.
The developer’s materials describe fully finished handover, including air conditioning and kitchen cabinets. The agreed specification for the selected unit should always be confirmed in its current offer and contract. Furniture and decorative items shown in interior visualisations are illustrative.
