Payment options vary by home. Villas 76, 78 and 81 are cash resales. Unit 161 offers a 15% initial payment and a six-year installment plan. An earlier offer for C-G03 also included 15% down over six years; RedSeaCapital can provide its current payment options. Maintenance is quoted separately at approximately 10%, with exact amounts on the unit pages. The project’s starting price excludes maintenance.
Villas 76, 78 and 81 have an indicated delivery period of six months from contract signature; unit 161 has an indicated period of 3.5 years. Fully finished handover includes air conditioning, kitchen cabinets, dressing rooms and water heaters.
