Prices and payment plans
Explore chalets C-103 and C-G03, townhouses 161, 158, 157 and 140, and cash resale villas 76, 78 and 81. Prices on the unit pages exclude separately stated maintenance charges. Contact RedSeaCapital for current availability.
Payment options vary by home. Villas 76, 78 and 81 are cash resales. Unit 161 offers a 15% initial payment and a six-year installment plan. An earlier offer for C-G03 also included 15% down over six years; RedSeaCapital can provide its current payment options. Maintenance is quoted separately at approximately 10%, with exact amounts on the unit pages. The project’s starting price excludes maintenance.
Villas 76, 78 and 81 have an indicated delivery period of six months from contract signature; unit 161 has an indicated period of 3.5 years. Fully finished handover includes air conditioning, kitchen cabinets, dressing rooms and water heaters.
