Payment options
- 25% down payment over 5 years with an 8% discount.
- Cash payment: 35% discount for studios and one-bedroom apartments, and 30% for two- and three-bedroom apartments.
- No down payment over 4 years with a 5% discount.
- One-year installments with a 20% discount.
- 10% down over 5 years with front-loaded instalments. Payments are higher earlier in the schedule. Confirm the instalment amounts and dates with the developer.
- Separate 10% / 10% / 10% plan: 10% at booking, 10% after one year and 10% upon delivery, with the remaining balance paid in instalments. Confirm the schedule with the developer.
