- Phase 1, buildings 1–3: 25% down payment and 24 months; 30% and 30 months; or 40% and 36 months.
- Phase 1, buildings 4–6: 40% down payment and 24 months; or 50% and 30 months.
- Phase 2: 25% down payment and 33 months; or 35% and 43 months.

Handover
