Sales at CALA are suspended from 26 October 2026 at 18:30 Cairo time while the next phase is prepared. Previous unit prices and payment plans are no longer offered. CALA Lagoon — next-phase announcement
On 1 November 2026, the developer announced the following starting prices for the planned Lagoon phase: studios from EGP 6,880,000; one-bedroom apartments from EGP 8,852,000; two-bedroom apartments from EGP 11,707,000; and three-bedroom apartments from EGP 15,508,000.
The announcement advertises 0% down payment and equal installments over up to 7 years. The planned phase references are Q-03, Q-04, Q-14, Q-13 and T-01 to T-06. CALA Sahl Hasheesh von Capital Link Developments ist ein Wohnresort-Projekt an der ägyptischen Rotmeerküste. Sein Konzept verbindet moderne Häuser, begrünte Fußgängerzonen, Swimmingpools und eine Sandlagune mit einem Clubhaus sowie Plätzen zum Entspannen und Geselligen Beisammensein.
The project is planned on approximately 93,000 m² near the Sahl Hasheesh promenade and within walking distance of the beach, designed for coastal living, holidays and longer stays.

The project includes studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, with layouts varying by building and floor. Garden-level homes and penthouses also appear in the development concept. Unit listings will return after confirmed availability and updated terms are received.
