On 1 November 2026, the developer announced the following starting prices for the planned Lagoon phase: studios from EGP 6,880,000; one-bedroom apartments from EGP 8,852,000; two-bedroom apartments from EGP 11,707,000; and three-bedroom apartments from EGP 15,508,000.<\/p>\n
The announcement advertises 0% down payment and equal installments over up to 7 years. The planned phase references are Q-03, Q-04, Q-14, Q-13 and T-01 to T-06.
