Soulferyo is a residential resort development near Old Town in Sahl Hasheesh, on Egypt’s Red Sea coast. Plans for the 53,000 m² site dedicate approximately 20% to buildings and 80% to landscaping and water features.

The project is under construction. The entrance image, residence renderings and project video are architectural visualisations, not photographs of completed homes. Construction photographs show the project rather than the interior of the advertised apartment.

Planned facilities

Planned facilities include a sandy lagoon, jacuzzi areas, two swimming pools, two infinity pools, a children’s pool, three clubhouses, a 1,500 m² commercial area and four beach access points. RedSeaCapital can explain the current plans, access conditions and specifications.

Payment options

• 10% down payment with instalments over up to 5 years.
• 15% down payment with instalments over up to 6 years.
• 20% down payment with instalments over up to 7 years.
• Alternative plan: 25% on booking and 25% after one year, with no further instalments until delivery; the remaining 50% over 4 years after delivery.

A 10% maintenance charge is quoted separately. The supplied offer also advertises a 30% cash discount, subject to confirmation of the applicable unit and calculation basis. No cash discount has been deducted from the listed apartment price.
